An approved third-level trainer in the Louisiana Pathways Child Care Career Development System, she provides expert guidance as it relates to young children from birth to eight years old in relation to their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development, and relationships with families. Howard Gene Caviness has over 30 years of extensive and specialized law enforcement training, including positions with the LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Department, Ouachita Parish SWAT team, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and U.S. Marshall’s Service, to name a few.
