Prior to retiring in 2014, he was a Professor in the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. He has published books and papers on group and organizational dynamics; ethics; reason in politics; and the psychology of work. His most recent books are The Capacity for Ethical Conduct and Pathology of the Capitalist Spirit.
