Teenage Engineering CH-8 Miki - Wooden Choir Doll Modules

Experience a unique blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology with the Teenage Engineering CH-8 Miki. This set features eight handcrafted wooden dolls made from solid beech and polished with hard wax oil. Designed to act as a miniature choir, these dolls provide a melodic experience through a sophisticated counterpoint melody algorithm. Each doll contains a central speaker module that serves as the CPU and BLE transmitter. This removable and rechargeable module allows the dolls to perform pre-programmed choral classics or play your own original musical compositions via MIDI over BLE. With up to 4 hours of performance time per module, the Miki set brings a creative, melodic presence to any space. Whether you are listening to their algorithmic repertoire or using them as part of your own digital musical setup, these dolls offer a distinctive way to interact with sound and design.
