Teenage Engineering CH-8 Leila - Wooden Choir Doll Set

Experience a unique way to bring music into your space with the Teenage Engineering CH-8 Leila. This set features eight handcrafted wooden dolls designed to perform choral classics or your own original musical compositions. Each doll is crafted from solid beech wood and finished with hard wax oil, making them beautiful objects for any setting. At the heart of every doll is a removable speaker module that serves as the CPU and BLE transmitter. This technology allows the dolls to perform through MIDI over BLE, giving you the ability to conduct your own arrangements. The pre-programmed repertoire uses a melodic algorithm based on counterpoint melody to create high-quality choral performances. With up to 4 hours of performance time per module, these dolls offer a seamless blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern musical technology.
