Description

The Rotolight R120 is a 120cm (47 inch) 16-sided parabolic softbox designed for professional portraiture, wedding, commercial and fashion photography. This collapsible light shaper delivers focused, soft output with a sharp, defined edge that adds dimension and detail to subjects whilst producing natural-looking catchlights. The unique parabolic depth provides significant drop-off at the field edge, enabling precise directional control and reducing stray light and leakage. Made from highly durable, highly reflective material, the R120 features removable outer and inner diffusion baffles that can be used individually or combined to achieve diffusion levels from 0 to 1.5 stops. Compatible with all Rotolight AEOS and NEO LED lights plus any fixture with a 1/4" 20 thread mount, this softbox excels in both studio and on-location settings, offering photographers and videographers consistent, quality light shaping for professional results.

Key Features

The R120 measures 120cm in diameter with 16-sided parabolic construction for precise light control and professional-quality soft output.

Removable outer (1-stop) and inner (0.5-stop) diffusion panels can be combined or used separately to create variable diffusion from 0 to 1.5 stops.

Made from highly durable, highly reflective material that produces sharp edges and natural-looking catchlights ideal for portraiture and commercial work.

Compatible with all Rotolight AEOS, NEO and LED lights featuring a 1/4" 20 thread mount for seamless integration into existing studio setups.

Collapsible design enables portable, lightweight transport without compromising the parabolic softbox's professional light-shaping performance.

Unique parabolic depth ensures significant edge drop-off, reducing stray light and leakage whilst maintaining excellent directional control in location and studio environments.
