The Myler MB 33 3-Ring Combination Bit is designed to provide a sophisticated communication system between horse and rider. Featuring a 6 inch shank and a ported barrel mouthpiece made of polished sweet iron, this bit is built to oxidize naturally over time. The sweet iron mouthpiece includes a copper inlay to encourage salivation and comfort. This bit utilizes a unique five-point pressure distribution system. Through a patented swivel purchase that moves independently of the mouthpiece and shank, the noseband and chin strap connect to disperse rein pressure. When reins are engaged, the horse feels gentle cues at the nose, chin, and poll before the mouthpiece is even activated. The mouthpiece can slide up to 1 inch before reaching a stop, giving the horse multiple opportunities to respond to subtle signals. This design helps prevent the bit from digging into the horse's cheek during neck reining, making it a reliable choice for riders seeking controlled communication and refined control.
