Description

The Heil PR-40 dynamic studio microphone delivers exceptional performance with the widest frequency range found in the Heil PR series. Featuring a large 1-inch, low mass diaphragm, this microphone captures sound with precision. The design utilizes custom magnet metals and a specialized microphone body to optimize audio quality. To ensure clean recordings, the diaphragm is shock mounted to stay completely decoupled from the champagne matte-finished steel body. Dual mesh screens with different aperture diameters, combined with an internal breath blast filter, work together to manage airflow. This professional microphone is built for studios seeking high-fidelity sound and reliable rejection of off-axis noise.
