This Flex-Hone GBD Series tool uses 240 grit silicon carbide abrasive for effective surface finishing and cross hole deburring.
The flexible abrasive design is self-centering, self-aligning, and self-compensating for wear during use.
Engineered for versatility, this 3 inch diameter cylinder hone can be used by hand or in CNC equipment.
The tool produces an oil holding cross hatch pattern to achieve a true plateau finish without torn or folded surfaces.
Brush Research Manufacturing produces these tools to be ordered by actual bore size, with sizes ranging from 4mm to 36 inches.
