This Flex-Hone GBD Series tool features silicon carbide abrasives for effective cylinder wall deglazing and surface finishing.
The 3-3/4 inch (95 mm) diameter cylinder hone is designed to produce an oil holding cross hatch pattern and a true plateau finish.
Engineered to be self-centering and self-aligning, this flexible abrasive tool also self-compensates for wear during use.
You can use this Flex-Hone tool by hand or integrate it into CNC equipment for precise cross hole deburring tasks.
Brush Research Manufacturing produces these tools slightly oversized to ensure proper fitment when ordering by actual bore size.
