TT:120 SCALE LOCOMOTIVE: This BR Early J50 Class 0-6-0T No.68958 tank engine is expertly crafted for TT:120 model railway collections, presented in authentic BR Plain Black livery with early 'Cycling Lion' emblems on the tank sides.
PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION: Moulded using a combination of die-cast metal and plastic, the model features a detailed cab interior, brass double-jointed connector rods, and separately fitted parts including smokebox door, chimney, handrails, and buffers.
SMOOTH PERFORMANCE: Equipped with a precision-engineered coreless motor and all-wheel pick-ups, this locomotive delivers exceptionally smooth and reliable running on your layout, with pivoting NEM sockets for improved coupling on tight curves.
DCC COMPATIBLE: Features a 6-Pin DCC decoder socket located within the boiler, fully compatible with the HM7000 system, making it ideal for both analogue and digital command control layouts.
HISTORICAL DETAIL: Based on the Gresley-designed J50 Class, originally built for the Great Northern Railway, this model represents No.68958 as it appeared in early BR livery, capturing Era 4 with authentic colours, typefaces, and a semi-gloss finish.
