Römertopf Cast Iron Saucepan with Lid 22 cm - Saucepan Enamel Coating, All Hobs Including Induction, Oven-Safe 250 °C, for Risotto Fondue Sauces, PFAS-Free, Deep Green

The cast iron saucepan from Römertopf in deep green with 22 cm diameter and 2.3 litre capacity is the specialist for sauces, risotto, fondue, polenta and cooked jams. The long handle allows comfortable swivelling, stirring and controlled pouring - just the handling that makes all the difference in delicate preparations. The solid cast iron keeps the temperature constant and prevents the fluctuations that cause burning in thin-walled pots. The even heat distribution ensures that sauces thicken creamy, risotto cooks evenly and caramel does not burn. The bright enamel coating inside is smooth and tasteless. Food does not stick and the browning level can be easily controlled. Unlike uncoated cast iron, no baking is required - the casserole is ready to use. The enamel permanently protects the cast iron from rust and is free from PFAS, PTFE and nickel. The saucepan works on all hob types: induction, gas, glass ceramic, electric and halogen. Thanks to its oven resistance up to 250 degrees Celsius, it is also suitable for baked dishes or casseroles. The matching cast lid securely locks in steam and aromas.
