The square cast iron grill pan from Römertopf in deep green brings real grill strips to the stove. The raised grooves have direct contact with the food and get particularly hot - there are striking stripes while excess fat drains into the gaps. The result: visually as if from the grill, tasty intense and less fat than in a smooth pan. The solid cast iron with 2.5 kg gets evenly hot and stores energy so effectively that the temperature does not drop when placing steaks, burgers or vegetables. The crust forms instantly, while the inside remains juicy. Chicken breast, fish fillets, halloumi, zucchini and peppers also succeed with even grill markings. The enamel coating protects the cast iron from rust and is tasteless. Unlike uncoated cast iron, no baking is required - the grill pan is ready to use. The coating is free of PFAS, PTFE and nickel. Clean with warm water and a soft sponge. The grill pan works on all types of cookers: induction, gas, glass ceramic, electric and halogen. Thanks to its oven resistance up to 250 degrees Celsius, it is also suitable for recooking or grating.
