Element Performance by Leigh Bristowe: Water

Element Performance: Water Journal A Mind–Muscle Training Program for Control, Flow, and Precision The Water Journal is more than just a workout log — it is a complete training program designed specifically for the Water-type athlete. Water represents the controlled, smooth, and mind–muscle-driven version of performance. If you are intuitive, rhythmic, and detail-focused, this journal is built for you. Water athletes thrive on tempo, connection, and clean movement. They perform best when training has flow — where each rep is controlled, intentional, and executed with precision. Rather than chasing intensity or speed, they develop strength through feel, tension, and total body awareness. This journal provides a program tailored to that style of training. Inside the Water Journal you will find: A structured hypertrophy and movement-based training program designed for Water athletes Tempo-focused workouts to enhance control and muscle connection Mobility and movement integration for fluid, efficient performance Workout tracking for sets, reps, tempo, and load Daily tracking for energy, sleep, mood, and nutrition Reflection prompts to deepen awareness and refine technique Water athletes perform best in environments that support their mindset — where music, mood, and movement are aligned. They are naturally tuned into technique and form, often gravitating toward training styles that feel smooth, controlled, and effective. They excel in bodybuilding, tempo work, mobility, and any training that rewards precision, connection, and flow. This journal helps you slow down, move with intention, and build strength through control. Train with flow. Move with precision. Perform like Water.
