MODULAR RAIL CONSTRUCTION: Aluminium rails can be shortened or extended to suit smaller or oversized doors, ideal for loft hatches, access panels, understairs storage, stable doors and other non-standard installations.

ANY HINGE POSITION: Patented twin-rail system allows hinges to be positioned anywhere along the rail, making the jig suitable for both new door installations and replacement hinge routing.

PRECISION HINGE SETUP: Adjustable edge guides suit preset hinge leaf widths of 19 mm, 26 mm and 30 mm or custom widths from 12.7 mm to 35 mm, with quick-release aperture blocks and thumb-turn locking for fast positioning.
