This versatile jig is designed for doors with a thickness ranging from 35mm to 44mm. It comes equipped with metal templates specifically for both 75mm and 100mm butt hinges. To ensure stability and accuracy, the frame includes magnets at each end to hold the templates securely in place. This setup helps maintain consistent depth and position for every cut. For optimal performance, this jig requires a 12mm diameter cutter and a 30mm guide bush. Please note that a user-made batten measuring 44mm x 34mm x 450mm is also required for operation. This template is designed for use on the door itself and cannot be used on the door frame.
