Fine Engraving Performance The LONGER Ray5 miniS 10W features an ultra-fine 0.06 × 0.06 mm laser spot with a focusing accuracy of up to 0.01 mm. This high-precision acrylic engraving machine produces clear lines, intricate details, and highly refined patterns on wood engraving, leather, ceramics, or coated metal surfaces.
Powerful 10W Cutting & Engraving Capability Driven by a powerful 10W laser output, this heavy-duty laser cutter easily handles both intricate engraving and deep cutting tasks on various materials. The dovetail focusing head allows quick height adjustment, making it effortless to adapt this laser cutting machine to different material thicknesses right out of the box.
Enhanced Safety Features & Protection Switches As a fully enclosed laser engraver, the machine features an intelligent door sensor that automatically stops the process when opened. Equipped with an emergency stop switch and X/Y-axis limit switches, this safe laser engraver ensures reliable operation, meeting Class 1 safety requirements in its 360° configuration. (Note: The Ray5 miniS does not include an exhaust hose or flange. Recommended setup: 100 mm inner diameter exhaust hose with a 4-inch square flange with 105 mm hole spacing).
Flexible Wireless Connectivity & Offline Control Featuring multiple wireless connectivity options, the machine supports WiFi, USB, and TF card operation for seamless remote control. Fully compatible with industry-standard software like LaserGRBL and LightBurn, it offers a smooth, flexible workflow for both computer-tethered and standalone offline engraving.
