FULLY PROTECTED ENGRAVING SYSTEM - The 360° closed acrylic cover effectively blocks laser radiation and protects the eyes during engraving. Sealed design reduces smoke and dust for a cleaner and safer working environment. The device complies with Laser Class 1 standards. Note: Ray MiniS does not include the drain hose or flange (to be purchased separately). Recommended specification: 4" square flange, hole spacing 105 mm.
Ultra-fast engraving speed — With a speed of up to 12,000 mm/min the LONGER Ray5 Minis is one of the fastest laser machines in its class. Its high speed of work significantly reduces production times and allows efficient series without compromising precision or quality of details. Ideal for DIY projects, professional engravings and jobs with tight deadlines.
HIGH PRECISION ENGRAVING PERFORMANCE — The LONGER Ray5 Minis 10W uses an ultra-fine compression laser point of only 0.06×0.05mm and achieves a focusing accuracy of 0.01mm. Whether on wood, acrylic, leather, ceramic or coated metal, the device offers crisp lines, fine textures and highly detailed patterns, easily handling intricate designs as well as delicate inscriptions.
Advanced Safety Features — The machine is equipped with a smart door sensor that automatically interrupts the engraving process when opening and safely resumes it once the door is closed. It also has an emergency stop button as well as limit limits on the X and Y axes. These safety devices ensure reliable and safe operation of the machine.
PREASSEMBLED ALL-IN-ONE DESIGN — The device comes fully assembled and ready to use. Dovetail focusing head allows for quick height adjustment and easily adapts to different material thicknesses.
OFFLINE CONNECTION & WIDE COMPATIBILITY — This engraving machine supports four connection modes: USB, Wi-Fi and App, as well as offline operation, allowing you to use RAY5 anytime and anywhere. It is compatible with professional engraving software such as LaserBurn (free), LaserGRBL (free) and LightBurn (paid).
