The Puig 22385N Belly Pan has been developed to effectively protect one of the most sensitive areas of the motorcycle, the lower engine section, against impacts, dirt and debris generated during riding. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona using the most advanced technologies, it perfectly adapts to the lines and volumes of the compatible model, enhancing its sporty character without altering the original aesthetics. Tested in a virtual wind tunnel, its design optimizes aerodynamic performance and contributes to improved riding stability. It is manufactured from aluminum and ABS, highly resistant materials against impacts and UV rays that combine lightness and durability. The plastic parts incorporate a surface treatment that enhances resistance to chemical agents and provides full protection against ultraviolet radiation, eliminating the need for additional painting. The metal brackets are made of 2 mm iron with anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring firm, secure and weather-resistant mounting. In addition to its protective function, the belly pan provides a more racing and sporty look; most versions include a sticker kit for customization. Installation is quick and simple by following the paper instructions or video tutorial. When OEM or aftermarket accessories such as headers or crash bars are fitted, compatibility should be checked.
