Puig 22228J Belly Pan model specific design, Matte Black

The Puig 22228J belly pan in matte black is designed to effectively protect the lower part of the motorcycle, an area especially exposed to impacts, dirt and debris during daily and sporty riding. Conceived and manufactured in Barcelona, it adapts to the lines and volumes of the motorcycle to integrate naturally into its aesthetics, also providing a sportier and more aggressive appearance. Its design has been tested in a virtual wind tunnel to achieve an aerodynamic volume that helps improve stability by guiding airflow along the lower part of the motorcycle. Manufactured with high-quality aluminum and ABS plastic components, it combines lightness with high resistance to impacts and ultraviolet rays. The plastic parts feature a specific surface treatment that improves performance against chemical agents and provides total UV protection, eliminating the need for additional painting. The metal brackets are made of 2 mm iron with anti-corrosion treatment, offering a solid, durable and easy-to-install structure. In addition to its protective function, many Puig belly pans include a decal kit to customize them and reinforce the sporty character of the motorcycle, available in black or carbon-look finishes depending on the model. Installation is simple and quick by following the step-by-step instructions in paper or video tutorial format. Before installation, it is recommended to check for possible interference with OEM or aftermarket accessories such as tubes or crash bars, and to carefully review the ABE and compatibility documentation to ensure the part is suitable for the motorcycle and for public-road use.
