“Dopamine D1 Receptor Signaling in Social Novelty Recognition: Circuit Mechanism in Cry1Δ11 Mice” This book focuses on the dopamine D1 receptor (D1R) and examines its role in social behavior and cognition. In brain regions, such as prefrontal cortex, striatum, and nucleus accumbens, D1R helps control the activity of neurons and the ability of synapses to change through the cAMP/PKA pathway.
