The new-generation Puig single-seat tail cowl has been developed to transform the motorcycle into a true single-seater, delivering a sporty, aggressive and fully race-inspired appearance; its design leaves the rear section exclusively prepared for the rider, achieving a cleaner, more customized and racing-oriented look. Thanks to its carefully engineered geometry, the tail cowl helps visually lighten the rear end, simplifying the motorcycle’s original lines and improving overall aesthetic integration, while also optimizing aerodynamic performance. Manufactured from high-quality 3 mm thick ABS with a matte black finish, it offers an excellent balance of lightness, impact resistance and durability against ultraviolet radiation, maintaining its properties and appearance even under intensive use. At the front area, it incorporates a 4 mm thick black neoprene foam, designed to enhance rider comfort when tucking in at high speeds by providing an additional support surface during sporty riding. Designed and manufactured near the Circuit de Catalunya in Montmeló, Barcelona, the Puig tail cowl uses the same mounting system as the original component, or a similar one depending on the model, allowing for quick, simple installation without drilling or modifying the motorcycle. Depending on the application, it includes an adhesive kit that helps preserve the motorcycle’s original aesthetics and colors once installed, ensuring a professional, functional and high-quality finish.
