The Puig Sport Pista #1 windscreen, reference 22302W, is a component designed for riders who want to combine racing tradition with modern technology in a high-performance accessory. Developed to commemorate the brand’s 60th anniversary, it takes inspiration from classic competition screens, characterized by a prominent central shape that provides better support for the rider and adequate space for the helmet, echoing the fairings in which windscreens were recessed and secured with perimeter screws. This configuration offers a greater sense of integration while riding and a uniquely sporty appearance. Made from high-impact CI30 acrylic with a thickness of 3 mm, it ensures excellent impact resistance, long-lasting durability, and exceptionally clear transparency. It also features a rounded edge that enhances safety as well as the visual appeal of the piece. Its dimensions — 380 mm in height, 295 mm in width, and 63 mm in depth, extending 20 mm above the speedometer — provide superior wind protection compared to the original screen while maintaining a distinctly sporty character. The side ribs serve a dual purpose: they channel airflow and reinforce the design’s personality, while their alignment with the headlight visor creates an air channel that reduces turbulence and optimizes airflow when both components work together. Although protection is slightly lower than that of the stock screen, air pressure on the rider is reduced, decreasing fatigue and significantly improving comfort on longer rides. Installation is quick, simple, and accessible to any user: just follow the included instructions, with no mechanical expertise required, and the entire process can be completed in about 20 minutes. Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, near the Montmeló circuit, it benefits from more than six decades of experience in technical plastics and advanced molding processes.
