The Puig Z-Racing Screen 22644R has been designed to enhance the sporty and aggressive character of the front end, offering a competition-inspired aesthetic and a real improvement in aerodynamic protection. With dimensions of 328 mm in length by 262 mm in width and 30 mm more height compared to the original screen, it increases rider coverage without affecting visual integration with the fairing. The Z-Racing line is based on the balance between design and functionality, having been developed and tested in a virtual wind tunnel to optimize the aerodynamic coefficient and overall protection. Its double-height design deflects wind impacting the helmet and upper torso, while the “Z”-shaped lateral channels collect and guide airflow outward, reducing pressure on the shoulders. Average protection improvement is 12.7% in upright position and 61% in racing position. Manufactured from 3 mm high-impact acrylic with a rounded edge greater than 2 mm, it complies with TÜV safety requirements and offers resistance to impacts and UV rays with excellent optical quality. It installs using the original hardware, without the need for additional parts, and includes aerodynamic study and installation instructions.
