Our mashbill of Rye and Maris Otter, fermented long with Belgian ale yeast and lactic bacteria, layers spice, fruit and a vinous edge. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or colour. Expect cedar and tobacco wrapped around sloe berries and ripe blackcurrant, lifted by a cereal crunch of cornflakes and the sweetness of humbugs.
