[PERFECT SERVE – CHIVAS REGAL CRYSTALGOLD SPRITZ] Add a block of crystal-clear ice to a stemmed or highball glass, then pour 30 ml Chivas Regal Crystalgold, 30 ml Elderflower cordial, 20 ml lime juice, 40 ml Champagne or sparkling wine and 20 ml soda water into the glass and stir until ice cold. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
