*The Art of Government Policy* is a unique compilation of select policy proposals submitted by a citizen to the President over approximately 100 days, from April 18 to July 28, 2025. This book extracts about 130 pages of proposals from a vast 750-page collection (A4 paper equivalent), focusing on critical areas such as education, pensions, healthcare, and safety. Notably, it introduces methods to mitigate conflicts between teachers and students, foster schools that students genuinely wish to attend, and achieve substantial budget reductions by reforming the education and pension systems according to these proposed models. Beyond a mere collection of policy suggestions, this work vividly illustrates how a citizen's voice can be transformed into concrete policies and solutions within the heart of a democracy, and how these solutions can address diverse global challenges. Author's Note “This book comprises a selection of hundreds of proposals generated over approximately 100 days, from April 18, 2025, to the publication date of July 28, 2025. I have compiled the most notable policy suggestions from hundreds of submissions sent via email and SNS platforms. While I dispatched these proposals to several high-ranking officials whom I hold in high regard, not all of them reviewed the submissions. However, certain individuals, including Representative Park Chan-dae, Representative Kim Yong-min, former Representative Choi Kang-wook, and President Lee Jae-myung during his tenure as party leader, meticulously reviewed every proposal from the first to the twenty-eighth, even at 3 AM, and took action.
