DIAMANTI: Grillo has the intensity and brilliance of a diamond. 100% Grillo grapes are soft-pressed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, and finally aged on both the lees and in the bottle, resulting in a complex and harmonious white wine

BEAUTIFULLY COMPLEX: With a broad and surprisingly fresh nose, Diamanti has hints of citrus, passion fruit and pineapple woven together with a slight, pleasant menthol vein. The full-bodied and complex flavour palate pairs well with light pasta dishes and fish
