THE ESTEEMED CA' BOLANI ESTATE: A garden of vines lined with 999 Cypress trees, the Ca' Bolani estate in Aquileia is nestled between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, the ideal environment for producing wines with distinguished fragrances and flavours

PROSECCO SPUMANTE: A sparkling wine made from softly pressing Glera grapes with the must being kept at 0° C until ready for carbonation. Conversion is done in stainless steel pressurized tanks, according to the traditional Charmat/Martinotti method

THE BOUQUET: A light and clear straw yellow with white, persistent foam and the finest perlage, this Prosecco Spumante has a nose that is fruity and aromatically intense that recalls wisteria flowers while remaining reminiscent of green Rennet apples
