The Puig Z-Racing windscreen has been designed for riders who want to enhance the sporty character of their motorcycle without sacrificing functionality or aerodynamic comfort. Its design, directly inspired by racing, improves the front-end aesthetics and optimizes dynamic performance in all types of riding. Thanks to its development in a virtual wind tunnel, this screen offers superior aerodynamic efficiency compared to the original. The double-height shape deflects the airflow that would otherwise impact the helmet and the upper torso, while the side channels guide the air towards the outside to reduce pressure on the shoulders. The result is a 12.7% improvement in protection in the upright position and 61% in the racing position. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona using the most advanced technologies, it is made from 3 mm high-impact acrylic, ensuring excellent strength, lightness and durability. Its finish with rounded edges greater than 2 mm complies with German TÜV safety regulations. In addition, the artificial vision system applied in the quality control process guarantees a perfect fit and finish. With dimensions of 325 x 335 mm and a height 30 mm taller than the original, it increases aerodynamic protection without the need for additional trim for installation.
