By illuminating how to be aware of how we create illness it guides us in how to create and maintain optimal health. The wise and intuitive guides lines of this ancient science enable us to discover the true cause if we are suffering and also the way to listen to the inherent life wisdom and get better. When we practice self-care as primary care, we live through an awareness of our interconnectedness with all life and take responsibility for reclaiming the source of true healing that exists within each of us. Holistic Lifestyle facilitates living from an inner authority that understands symptoms of health or disease as our intimate dialogue with the wisdom of life. Outside authorities such as the medical professionals are listened to from this place of inquiry and inner power instead of giving away our own insights and trust and letting fear overtake us. By living from this inner inquiry, we experience a wonder as we listen to our bodies and learn to better navigate our physical, emotional and mental needs and take responsibility for what is causing our situations. Our minds have basically two modes. One is to expand in wonder and exploration staying connected to our own source and the other is to contract and separate from our source in fear. We create our own realities. The awareness of our consciousness as being causative and self-reflective offers us the freedom we need to understand how to change by and listening to the conditions that are present as a reflection of our choices and a dialogue with life. The science of a Holistic Lifestyle has much to contribute to an awakening of our inner healer and practicing Self-care as primary care. Holistic transformation is a prescription for an interconnected existence in coherence with the natural power and wisdom of wholeness of life and thus Spirit itself.
