This shouldn't be surprising given drummer Bruce's background (MILKSHAKES, HEADCOATS not to mention two albums with LINK WRAY!). Along the way the 'Jerks' deliver all manner of the rawest rhythm 'n' beat nugget from monstrous LINK WRAY-influenced rippers ('Evil Kneevil' 'Loggerheads'), through wild and woolly organ and fuzz driven 'Back From The Grave'-garage punkers ('When Push, Comes To Shove' & 'What Did you say') to drunken frat-rock party anthems ('I Want It All' & 'Make It alright'). There's also the raw 'Bo' meets 'Wolf' tinged harp wailin' RnB stomper 'Hell and Hightide', the super slinky and moody JOHNNY KIDD-esque 'I Hear An Echo' plus the primal '64 Really Got Me/All Day and Night' KINKS riffin' 'Won't Let You Down'. There's of course a couple of out and out totally dance floor friendly twist n jivin' rockers 'Get A Move On' & 'Rocket Fuel' to get your party started!
