Product description Vicenzovo savoiardi ladyfinger biscuits, 2 x 125g packs by Matilde Vicenzi - Gluten Free & Dairy Free Ingredients Corn Starch, EGGS 33%, Sugar, Potato Flour, Rice Flour, Pea Fiber, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Honey, Salt, Natural Flavourings, Raising Agent (Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate). May contain SOY. Directions To prepare the ladyfingers for use in Tiramisu, follow these steps: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Arrange the ladyfingers on the baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. 5. Allow the ladyfingers to cool completely before using them in your Tiramisu recipe. 6. Once cooled, dip each ladyfinger into a mixture of coffee and rum (or a non-alcoholic alternative) for a few seconds, ensuring they are well-coated but not overly soggy. 7. Arrange the ladyfingers in a single layer in your serving dish, breaking them if necessary to fit. 8.
