RESPONSE MANAGEMENT: A MANAGEMENT SCIENCE WITH AN IN-DEPTH AND MINDFUL APPROACH

This book is written with the realization that humans are creatures of response. So that a formula is needed to keep the chosen response in accordance with existing rules. Both social rules, moral rules, and even religious rules. Every human action is a response to something. When we talk about action and reaction, we will easily see and state that reaction is a response to action. But if we look and understand more deeply, the action that someone does is also a response to the previous action, or the action is a response to existing concerns. The concept and formulation of Response Management here is general and basic (global), so it is flexible to be applied in any field, perspective, and condition. This means that Response Management, can be applied in the person of each person who forms the feeling/intuition of attitude management, can also be applied within the scope of a company or other organization. Response Management can also be applied in various fields of Management, ranging from marketing, operational management, financial management, strategic management, as well as HR management. Response Management can also be applied in the fields of education and family. Also other fields, which in its application only need to make adjustments. If we look at the stages of Response Management, we might assume that the process is long and time-consuming. Actually, it's just a way of parsing how our value system and self-management system are formed. If usually the value system just works and operates by itself without us realizing and controlling it, here we are presented with a formula for how we should shape and direct this value system according to our mental needs. From this description, we can understand and observe what we must do to gain complete self-control over ourselves. Control with the Response Management formula like this will lead us to better recognize ourselves and finally be able to be ourselves, not an alien person who even humans often reject or contradict their own behavior. Learning the Response Management formula with its stages as described in this book, does require a short time, because it requires deep understanding and appreciation.
