This limited-edition whisky, with only 1,000 individually numbered bottles, showcases flavors inspired by the countryside, blending the subtle sweetness of blossoms and berries with rich notes of ripe rosehips, finishing with hints of hazel and darker nuts. Each sip brings you closer to the fields that inspired it, making this unique release a perfect choice for collectors and whisky connoisseurs alike. Crafted with a distinct grain recipe of 70% rye, 20% wheat (some grown as maslin), and 10% malted barley, Fieldnotes Hedgerow Whisky highlights our commitment to quality and tradition. Fermented in both oak and stainless steel for varied timeframes, this whisky undergoes pot distillation on the grain, followed by column distillation through sieve plates, preserving the rich, natural flavors from start to finish. Each cask’s journey brings out the unique terroir of the ingredients, resulting in a whisky that is both creamy and jammy with a nutty undertone. As the first chapter of Fieldnotes, Hedgerow is our love letter to the fields that give life to our signature Fielden Rye Whisky.
