El Jimador Reposado is a 100 percent Agave Tequila produced and estate bottled in the heart of Mexico's tequila region. Aged for two months in ex-American whiskey casks. This 100 percent agave reposado is the most popular of the El Jimador range representing some 70 percent of production. A menthol, peppery taste and a long and warm finish. Reposado is aged in virgin oak barrels for two months before bottling.

100 percent AGAVE; PREMIUM QUALITY TEQUILA - there is no sugars or added sweeteners to el Jimador, our Jimadores work tirelessly to harvest only the finest ripe agaves and every drop is crafted at the legendary Casa Herradura in the Amatitán region of Jalisco, Mexico.

100 percent NATURAL FERMENTATION - unlike most tequilas, we don’t add yeast during the fermentation process. Instead, airborne yeasts from our surrounding fruit trees enter the tanks and convert the sugars into alcohol naturally.

CINNAMON AND VANILLA NOTES - the natural fermentation and 2 month ageing process give the liquid a rich warmth with smooth agave shining through; fragrant and seasonal.

PERFECT IN COCKTAILS LIKE A TOMMY’S MARGARITA - Simply add 50ml el Jimador Reposado, 25ml fresh lime juice and 20ml agave, shake and strain into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a salt on half of the glass.
