100 percent AGAVE; PREMIUM QUALITY TEQUILA - there is no sugars or added sweeteners to el Jimador, our Jimadores work tirelessly to harvest only the finest ripe agaves and every drop is crafted at the legendary Casa Herradura in the Amatitán region of Jalisco, Mexico.

100 percent NATURAL FERMENTATION - unlike most tequilas, we don’t add yeast during the fermentation process. Instead, airborne yeasts from our surrounding fruit trees enter the tanks and convert the sugars into alcohol naturally.

SWEET, CITRUSY AND PEPPERY NOTES - the natural fermentation adds a bright, citrus and herbal undertones to our liquid, making it a great drink accompaniment to food and spicy Mexican dishes.
