Carbon fibres are extremely light, which makes PC-PBT with carbon fibre reinforcement a lightweight material with an excellent stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio. In addition, the material is more heat resistant and printing is possible without shrinking and warping. - Carbon composite material for demanding performance applications - Excellent mechanical properties - Smooth surface with carbon look - Thermal resistance (VICAT A 130 °C) - Very good chemical resistance

DuraPro PC/PBT CF is a blend of two materials: polycarbonate (PC) and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and is reinforced with carbon fibres. It combines the strengths of both polymers, making it a versatile material for industrial applications in the high-tech sector.

It offers exceptional mechanical properties combined with excellent heat resistance and resistance to sub-zero temperatures.

Thanks to its excellent chemical resistance and easy printability, it is the ideal choice for demanding 3D printing projects.

Excellent mechanical properties, high thermal resistance (VICAT A 130°C), good toughness even at low temperatures (at -20°C to -30°C), excellent chemical resistance.

Recommended temperatures: extruder 260-290°C, bed 110°C
