Honteri has less than 0.5% alcohol, it delivers mirin sweetness and depth of flavour to creations without having to boil first. Honteri delivers sweet umami flavour notes, adding complexity and depth. This product can be used as a 1:1 replacement for sugar, it caramlises faster than sugar and less likely to burn to crystalise.
