Works best when used with Jerome Russell® BBlonde Highlighting Kits, Blonding Kits, Powder Bleach and Cream Peroxide Ingredients Aqua (Water), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Ethoxydiglycol, Polyquaternium-10, Dextrin, Parfum (Fragrance), Tetrasodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Sodium Benzonate, Basic Brown 16, Basic Brown 17, Basic Red 76, HC Blue No. 16 Directions 1. Apply the toner to towel-dried hair, massaging evenly from root to tip. 2. Apply heat. 3. Develop for 30 minutes. 4. Rinse thoroughly.
