Pour your usual amount of shampoo or conditioner* into your hand and add 1-4 pumps depending on the level of toning and length/thickness of your hair. Shampoo will require more pumps than conditioner to achieve the same results and longer/thicker hair will require more pumps to evenly distribute. 2. Mix together in your hands until all shampoo and conditioner* is thoroughly combined. This will ensure a more even coverage 3. Apply shampoo/conditioner as a normal and leave on hair for 1-5 minutes, for more intense result leave on for 5 minutes 4. Wash hands immediately in shower when all product is washed from hair to avoid any staining 5.
