It presents very detailed explanation on the 4 types of seasons and the 4 main morphologies, with diagrams and color palettes that allow you to situate yourself well. For the morphology, everything is screened in the silhouette, from head to toe, to know which type body structure you belong to. The study is very detailed and offers many clothing cuts down to the smallest details (necklines, sleeves, etc.) For each type of clothing (coats, dresses, sweaters, etc.) the book presents sketches of clothing adapted to the 4 main types of morphology. By taking the time to read the explanations and study yourself, you can find your palette of colors and your morphotype. Be careful, don't be discouraged on first reading because this theory requires a thorough self analysis to find its Homebase season. If you have any doubts, there is questionnaire that allows you to locate yourself more precisely.
