This convenient alarm eliminates the need for having two separate alarms in the same room. The alarm sounds two distinct warnings to differentiate between smoke and CO. The alarm is equipped with the latest Fireangel optical technology giving you complete protection against all types of fires, including slow smouldering fires, which traditional ionisation alarms are slower to react to. It is also built with an electrochemical sensor designed to accurately measure low levels of carbon monoxide. The advanced electrochemical sensor has been designed to accurately measure low levels of carbon monoxide within your home. The unit has been designed to either be wall mounted, using the two small screws provided, or left portable to be positioned where required. When left portable you're able to take away with you on holiday, ensuring you're protected at all times. The test button on the FireAngel FA3820 carbon monoxide detector has been designed to be easily located and pressed to make testing simple. The FA3820 detector is suitable for private and rented homes in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. As the battery is sealed within the unit it is compliant with the Scottish Fire & CO laws from February 2022.
