Fireangel FA3322 Digital CO Alarm with 10 Year Sealed For Life Battery and includes Temperature and Humidity Sensing and Warnings Designed for use in domestic premises including private & rented homes, caravan holiday homes, caravans, motorhomes and boats. The temperature and humidity readings makes this detector perfect for all living spaces including bedrooms. With Quiet self-test, activated with a single press of the button, you can complete a full test of the alarm at a reduced volume. To activate the full 85dB test press the test button twice. When first activating the alarm please wait at least 60 seconds once the activation tab is removed before pressing the test button. If pressed within 60 seconds the alarm will not respond. The digital display provides clear readings, instructions, and guidance to provide enhanced safety for your home. The carbon monoxide sensor will provide an alert if CO is present; if a low level is detected then the alarm will show the level of CO and display WARNING with an amber flash, if a high level of CO is detected then the alarm will display the CO level and display EVACUATE with a red flash. The alarm will also sound in patterns of 4 loud beeps. Do not ignore any Carbon Monoxide warnings. In the event of very high or low temperatures (‘C) or very high or very low relative humidity (%RH), or an environment that’s a dangerous combination of the two, the alarm will display the temperature and humidity levels alongside the word WARNING and an amber flash. The alarm will also sound in patterns of 6 beeps. Take action to avoid over-exposure. This warning is auto-silenced during night time hours, and will time-out after 4 days. The device is supplied with a sealed for life battery, making it perfect for all domestic properties including rented homes. The low battery alert can be silenced for 8 hours using the Sleep Easy function (initiated by pressing the test button once). This can be used up to 10 times before the device will override the silence feature. Please replace the complete device once the low battery or end of life functions begin. Carbon monoxide, or CO, is a poisonous gas emitted from household items that are defective, and as a result are burning fuel incompletely. Common sources of CO include ovens, boilers, BBQ's, open and solid fuel fires, gas or paraffin heaters and blocked or broken chimneys and flues. Carbon monoxide cannot be smelt, tasted or seen, and can be deadly - the only way to be alerted to CO is with an audible CO alarm. Fireangel design their CO detectors in-house and rigorously test them to ensure the highest standard of protection for your family and home. FireAngel FA3820 10 Year Sealed Battery Alarm Carbon Monoxide, Clear The Fireangel FA3820 is a 10 year Carbon Monoxide Alarm that's supplied with a sealed, tamper-proof battery. The advanced electrochemical sensor has been designed to accurately measure low levels of carbon monoxide within your home. The unit has been designed to either be wall mounted, using the two small screws provided, or left portable to be positioned where required. When left portable you're able to take away with you on holiday, ensuring you're protected at all times. The test button on the FireAngel FA3820 carbon monoxide detector has been designed to be easily located and pressed to make testing simple. The FA3820 detector is suitable for private and rented homes in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. As the battery is sealed within the unit it is compliant with the Scottish Fire & CO laws from February 2022. Carbon Monoxide is an incredibly poisonous gas which is emitted when fuel burning appliances burn incompletely. Carbon monoxide cannot be smelt, tasted or seen, and can be deadly - the only way to be alerted to CO is with an audible CO alarm.
