Product Description Bulk Inositol is the premium form of Myo-Inositol. Inositol is often referred to as Vitamin B8, although technically it is not classed as a member of the B vitamin family. Inositol can be obtained via the diet; sources include fruit, in particular oranges. However, dietary intake of Inositol is fairly low. Inositol can also be synthesised in the kidneys. Bulk Inositol powder is of the highest quality, made from 100% Inositol. Indications Inositol is often found in B-vitamin formulas and as such works well with other B-Vitamins such as choline bitartrate. It is also often found in a high quality multivitamin supplement. such as Complete Multivitamin Complex, which it can be taken alongside to further raise inositol levels. Ingredients Inositol (myo-inositol). May contain milk, eggs, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites Directions Mix 1 scoop (approximately 500mcg) with 50ml water, ideally with food. Use 1-3 servings daily, spaced evenly. Note: Caffeine has been shown to somewhat neutralise the effects of inositol. If you have a high caffeine diet, it is therefore advisable to reduce your caffeine intake in order to get the most from this product.
