Bulk Inositol is the premium form of Myo-Inositol. Inositol is often referred to as Vitamin B8, although technically it is not classed as a member of the B vitamin family. Inositol can be obtained via the diet; sources include fruit, in particular oranges. However, dietary intake of Inositol is fairly low. Inositol can also be synthesised in the kidneys.
