Our Mixer 4.8L – Artisan 5KSM125 in tilt-head style is the iconic KitchenAid stand mixer and the culmination of over 100 years of innovation and expertise. Its unique and solid design makes it an extension of your hands, allowing you to express yourself through making. The motor is in the mixer head, so there’s no power loss between the motor and accessories. It’s also quiet and long lasting. The original planetary action provides fast, thorough mixing, touching the bowl at 59 points per rotation. Choose a mixer colour that matches your personality or style. The mixer comes with a 4.8 L stainless steel mixer bowl which can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour, 1 L of whipped cream, 1.5 kg of mashed potatoes or 108 cookies(4). The mixer comes with accessories for sweet or savoury creations. The whisk is for incorporating air into eggs and cream, the paddle (flat beater) is for mixing heavy ingredients and the dough hook is for yeast doughs like bread or pasta. You can also follow your passion by adding exciting optional attachments (sold separately) to the multipurpose attachment hub. Plug in anything from a pasta cutter to a meat grinder, vegetable sheet cutter or grain mill, to unleash your creativity.
