The mixer comes with a 4.8 L stainless steel mixer bowl which can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour, 1 L of whipped cream, 1.5 kg of mashed potatoes or 108 cookies(4). The mixer comes with accessories for sweet or savoury creations. The whisk is for incorporating air into eggs and cream, the paddle (flat beater) is for mixing heavy ingredients and the dough hook is for yeast doughs like bread or pasta.
