Description

The "Official Archive Series" continues with 'Vol 2 - Live In London'! This was a hometown show recorded on December 19, 2012, during the band's 'Quo Festive' tour, just before Christmas. The setlist at the O2 Arena featured the lineup of Francis Rossi, Rick Parfitt, Andrew Bown, John 'Rhino' Edwards, and Matt Letley [in his final UK performance as Quo's drummer] delivering a slew of classic songs and even included a Christmas Medley with "Walking In A Winter Wonderland," "Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree," and Quo's own "It's Christmas Time." Each album in the Status Quo 'Official Archive Series' captures the raw energy and infectious enthusiasm of a live Status Quo performance, no matter where in the world it takes place. With their trademark sound, powerful guitar riffs, and irresistible hooks, the band offers an unadulterated rock 'n' roll experience. This collectible series is an excellent way to celebrate one of the greatest live acts ever. The 'Official Archive Series' offers exceptional sound quality and outstanding packaging, featuring photography by Christie Goodwin. The series has been freshly mixed and mastered by Eike Freese and Laurin Halberstadt at Chameleon Studios in Hamburg.
