Product Description The alcohol is removed very carefully in a vacuum (an airless room) and is much gentler than any other extraction method. The wine is heated to a temperature below 30 °C, at which point the alcohol reaches its boiling point and begins to evaporate. This process is quick and therefore very efficient. The system used is computer-controlled and guarantees optimum and correct extraction of the alcohol.
