PNI PMR R18 uses 16 PMR channels (8 + 8 pre-programmed), scans all frequencies within a maximum radius of 10km, notifies various functions by voice prompt, monitors the current channel, transmits and receives efficiently.

The functions of the PNI PMR R18 station can be customized using the programming software (the PNI PSR18 programming kit is sold separately).

The PNI PMR R18 is 100% protected against dust and sand and the station has been tested to operate under water for at least 30 minutes (maximum 1m under water).
